On Sunday we held our first baby dedication service at our church plant. Because many families take babies to the temple, we were able to provide an alternative for the young family. We had many visitors come back, we broke our attendance record again and had 22 people in attendance. At this rate, we might need to either tear down a wall or look for a new facility very soon! We are very grateful for all the people who have started to jump in and all the help that has gone into the work here. We definitely need your prayers for wisdom as we proceed.
Though more humble numbers, we also hit another attendance record at our second location: 4 people. Let’s not forget to rejoice in the little things too. At both locations, we had a mix of professing Christians and unbelievers. Please pray for the Lord to work through His word.
On a personal note, thank you for those who have been praying for my knee injury. There was a major lump above my knee from some of the swelling that wouldn’t go away, but it is finally going away. While not 100% better yet, it is much easier to get around.

In Western Japan, there is a museum dedicated to the most summer-y think you could imagine: sand. Unlike your normal sandcastles made out of buckets and scoops, this museum holds some works of art that are true marvels. Check out the sand sculptures in this article to get inspiration for your next beach trip.
