Some people to pray for – Weekly Update (6/12/2018)

We praise the Lord for His continued blessings! The church we were with this past Wednesday voted to start supporting us during the service and another church we were recently with also voted to take us on for support!

As we pulled up to the church we were scheduled to be with Sunday morning, there was a for sale sign outside. Sometime between when we had scheduled the meeting and this past Sunday, the church had closed. However the Lord is still in control. We praise the Lord that there are many churches in America, and were able to find another one nearby and make it in time for Sunday School and the morning worship service. Additionally, Sunday night, we had the opportunity to present at a church in Atlanta. God is very good to us.

Please also keep a couple of events in your prayers. Next week, the Our Generation Camp begins. Please pray that young people will see the need for the gospel around the world, and that God will continue to raise up laborers for his Harvest.

Also please be in prayer for our special Bible study that kicks off at the end of the month. Specifically please pray that the following people will not only come, but will also get saved:

  • Cris

  • Ronnie

  • Chans

  • Derek

  • Kelvin

  • Ashraf

  • Arvind

  • Jerry

  • Sandeep

  • Bharat

Japan is trying to increase its English proficiency but seems to be struggling… Thee statistics might shock you when you see how few people are passing these tests. This continues to show the need for missionaries to be able to speak Japanese and communicate the Gospel to them in their heart language. Click here for the full article.
