Rain? (6/11/2019)

This past week, our area of Japan officially entered the Rainy Season! However, the Rainy season in Niigata is a little bit different from the Tokyo area according to most people we have talked to. While it did rain for a couple days, today we have had another cloudless, sunny day.

On Sunday night, we had another first-time visitor! We are grateful for another person the Lord brought our way to share the gospel with. Please continue to pray for us as we work on reaching the area.

Please continue to pray for Rosie as well. She continues to learn quickly but the pace is beginning to pick up at the school. Please pray for her as she learns the language!

“What kind of food do they have in Japan?” Well, we have McDonalds, but they have things you might not expect. See the news section.

From the News

While we were on deputation, sometimes people would ask what kind of food they have in Japan. While there are very traditional Japanese dishes, Japan also has some foreign restaurant chains. McDonalds is no exception, but what you see on the menu might be a surprise. Click here to see the unexpected menu.
