Lunch (10/22/2019)

This past Sunday, we had a couple of new people visit the church. The Hills wanted to try having a make-your-own-sandwich lunch and a couple of people showed up for the event! (Photo Courtesy of Will Hill). Please be praying for us as we follow up. Currently, I am working on making plans to meet up with one of them soon.

We also had a man who recently moved into the area visit as well. He was saved and involved in a church where he previously lived and is already looking for a church in Niigata! There are very few Christians in Japan so this was definitely a surprise.

This coming Sunday, I will be preaching the morning and evening services at the church so please be praying for the Lord to speak through His Word!

Making Lunch is no small task for some people. There is an interesting Obento (lunch box meal) culture in Japan where people not only work on the contents of the lunch box, but also the appearance of the contents of the lunchbox.
