This past Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we decided to change things up a little bit and went to a park near the church. We set up a tent and started making some shaved ice. Last year, we bought a small hand-cranked ice machine for the church and did an event at the church. This year we decided to try something at the park to see if we could meet new people and get the gospel out. The turn out was not as great as we had hoped it would be, but we got to meet a couple of new people including a lady who said she had studied at a college in California and went to a Bible study there. We have yet to see the results from this, but we are excited for the couple of people that we did get to meet.
