Weekly Update (2/7/17)

Dear Pastors and Prayer Partners,
This past week I had the privilege of presenting in South Carolina, North Carolina, and North Georgia. We are thankful that the Lord has been opening doors to present in various places.
Frequently, I have asked you to pray that God would provide many meetings, and He continues to answer prayer. Currently there are 5 openings left between now and the end of August. Sunday Morning, April 16th has been a little bit of a challenge to fill since it is Easter, but we continue to wait on the Lord to open up an opportunity. Once this is booked, the next opening to fill will be June 11th!
This past week, I stumbled across an article about the religious climate in Japan that will be well worth your time to look over. We have copied the article to the blog for you to read. Please see the news section for more information.

Praise:
  • Heard from one new supporter this past week.
  • One Church looking to take on new works.

Prayer Requests:
  • Meeting in South Georgia/North Florida for April 16th AM service.
  • Needed support for getting back to Japan
  • Safety while traveling

CDGO Highlight
  • From your ride to work to the entertainment system in your home, Japan has produced many material things in the last 50 years, and much of the post-war mentality has been based around materialism. I strongly recommend reading this article that describes Japan’s current condition and speaks about how people are becoming more interested in spiritual things. I believe God is preparing the hearts and harvest of Japan!
