Weekly Update (11/21/2017)

Sunday was an unusual day for us! The church we were scheduled to be with in the morning was close to home and because of the schedule, we were able to be at our home church (Vision Baptist Church) and teach Sunday school before heading to our morning meeting.  The church we were with for our scheduled meeting in the morning also voted to take us on for support! In the evening, we also had the chance to be with another church in North Georgia.

Yesterday and today, we are just north of Charlotte, NC for a missions conference. Tomorrow we will be with another church in North Carolina to present before we head home to Atlanta for Thanksgiving.

Please continue to pray for our needed meetings for 2018. Presently, we have just 6 openings left! We are scheduled to be in a church for every Sunday Morning, Sunday Evening, and Wednesday through the end of 2018 except for the following dates:

  • Wednesday, July 4th 2018
  • Wednesday, December 5th 2018
  • Wednesday, December 12th 2018
  • Wednesday, December 19th 2018
  • Sunday AM, December 23rd 2018 (Scheduled to be in Atlanta that evening)
  • Wednesday, December 26th 2018

From the News

While seaweed is often used in oriental dishes such as sushi, Japan struggled for a while to gain mastery of its growth and production. However, a recent article tells of how a researcher from the United Kingdom helped the seaweed in Japan. Click here to read more about it.
