Meniscus (8/31/22)

Today we were finally able to get some answers about my (James) knee. Thankfully, none of the ligaments are severely damaged and the doctor thinks it is primarily a damaged meniscus. He is going to have me begin rehab next week. We will be going from there. There’s still a lot of swelling and I still have to use crutches to get around. But, thankfully, it looks like I won’t have to get surgery! Thank you so much for your prayers.

In other news, we broke an attendance record for our midweek service with ten people! We also had another person join us via zoom. Please continue praying for us as we press forward here in Japan.
