My phone rang on Friday evening with a call from our realtor. We had been discussing the timing of when to officially say that we would be leaving our current church location since we have to give 2 months prior notice and we want to avoid paying double rent. We agreed that it is now time to go ahead with that.
I was able to speak with our landlord directly today and June 5th is our last day in our current building. Our landlord agreed to prorate the rent in June so we will not have to pay for the entire month!
Our realtor has had an architect working on plans for the inside of the warehouse and we are excited to see how things will turn out in the next two months. We would appreciate your prayers so our church doesn’t end up “homeless” in this transition.

Japan is well known for it many kinds of vending machines. From Ramen to Siracha sauce, you can get just about anything in a vending machine. One prefecture decided to turn their problem into a fortune be selling a special meat in vending machines. I’m not sure if the meat is as good as beef, but it does sound BEARable. Read all about it in this article.
