Last week, we wrote to you about our ongoing house hunt in addition to the ongoing negotiations for the church building.
Well, we are in the final steps to getting the church place to rent. Our real-estate agent, Mr. Watanabe, was able to negotiate the rent down about $100/month. Lord willing- we will have a signed contract this week and can have the place beginning Oct. 21st! This is slightly later than we had hoped, but we are excited to have a place for the church soon. We will be adjusting our church launch timeline slightly by around two weeks or so to reflect the delay. Lord willing, we will be launching in December.
It also looks like we found a place to live! We will be signing the contract on the 26th and getting the keys on Oct 29th.
In the meantime, we will be working on moving our stuff from Niigata to Nagoya and getting things ready for the church.
