In July, we were in rainy season for most of the month. Niigata’s rainy season was a little different from the Tokyo area. While there were days that it did rain, we had many other days with clear skies. However, the rainy season is now officially over, and the summer heat is in high gear.

As we enter into the second half of 2019, we are in the middle of rainy season in our part of Japan. However, despite being in the rainy season, we have had several days of sunshine! People here have been telling us that after the rainy season, summer arrives in full swing. Thank you all
