There seems to be a little bit of back and forth between prefectural government (state governments) and the central government right now about whether they need to put the large cities and surrounding areas in a state of emergency or not. The central government seems to be saying that it’s not necessary but the states are trying to call for it. We are not sure how this is going to effect us in the long run but we are excited that we are still able to have services and are able to do some outreach. We are hoping that we can continue to plant seeds now that we can see bear fruit once things are settled down. Please continue to pray for us as Rosie’ due date is on the second and as we excitedly await the arrival of the new baby.
